📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular field visits to collect overdue payments from clients in Bandar Lampung.
• Meet with clients to explain payment terms and negotiate settlements.
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records using our in-house collection management system.
• Provide regular reports on collection progress and client interactions to the collection team.
• Collaborate with the collection team to develop and implement strategies for improving collection rates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to debt collection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smoother payment processes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all dealings with clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to debt collection.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field visits.
• Familiarity with the Bandar Lampung area and local business environment.
