Corp. EHS Manager

Indofood is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corp. EHS Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our EHS policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and driving continuous improvement in our EHS performance.

Based in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Raya, you will work closely with our team of EHS professionals to develop and execute EHS strategies that align with our company's vision and values. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our EHS team, including risk assessments, incident investigations, and training programs.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address EHS issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business processes and projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to enhance our EHS performance.
• Ensure the effective communication and dissemination of EHS information to all employees.
• Represent Indofood at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our EHS achievements and share best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving EHS objectives.
• Certification in EHS management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of local and international EHS regulations, including ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and relevant national laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in using EHS management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
