PT Lestari Inti is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services and maintaining high standards of vehicle maintenance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient vehicle servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Handle vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and maintenance records.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the operations team in planning and executing transportation logistics.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure fleet compliance and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving various types of vehicles.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in fleet management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
