📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach Japanese language classes to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and student needs.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student motivation and confidence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Japanese language.
• Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or higher).
• TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
