📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and lead a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the corporate office to achieve company-wide goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the electronics industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail laws and regulations.
