📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure timely and efficient food preparation,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene,Train and develop junior production operators to ensure consistent performance,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts within the production team,Work closely with the kitchen manager to improve production processes and efficiency,Participate in inventory counts and other related tasks as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Operator or similar role in the food service industry,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Experience with inventory management and stock control,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to lift and move heavy objects
