📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and staff,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures,Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions,Report to management on operational performance and trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role,Proven track record of managing teams and improving performance,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR policies and practices,Knowledge of health and safety regulations,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
