📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety compliance.,Manage staff performance, conduct training, and foster a positive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of managing restaurant operations and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Experience with multi-unit management is a plus.
