📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting customers with their shopping needs and providing them with information about our products and services.
  • Handling all cash transactions, including sales, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Ensuring that our cash register is accurate and up-to-date, and that we have the correct amount of cash on hand at all times.
  • Stocking and organizing our shelves, ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
  • Assisting with inventory management, including counting and recording stock levels.
  • Promoting our products and services to customers, both in-store and online.
  • Providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise.
  • Working as part of a team, and supporting your colleagues in all aspects of their work.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a cash register and point-of-sale system.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
