Develop and implement market strategies to drive business growth and client acquisition in the CIB division.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the corporate and investment banking sector.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both internally and externally, to support the growth of HSBC's CIB division in Bali.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure HSBC remains competitive and well-positioned in the market.,Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and capabilities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of efforts.,Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions and products to meet the evolving needs of clients in the CIB sector.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.,A minimum of 8 years of experience in market development, client management, or a related role in the banking or financial services industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market environment.,Strong understanding of the corporate and investment banking sector, including products, services, and client needs.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.,Fluency in English is required.
