Toko Jaya Health Center is seeking a dedicated Assistant Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth running of our health center. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient care is of the highest standard.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documents.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
