As an Assistant Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our hotel, including managing a team of security officers, implementing and maintaining security protocols, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will work closely with the hotel management and other departments to address any security concerns and maintain a safe environment for all.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Manage and train a team of security officers, providing guidance and support to ensure their effectiveness.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, including emergencies and security breaches, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to address security concerns and maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Utilize security management software such as CISCO SecureX and IBM QRadar to monitor and analyze security data, identifying trends and patterns.
• Implement and maintain security protocols, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response procedures.
• Ensure the hotel's physical security measures, such as CCTV systems and alarm systems, are functioning properly and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Certification in security management, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Security Supervisor (CSS).
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and international security standards, including ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using security management software such as CISCO SecureX and IBM QRadar.
• Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV systems, and alarm systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
