📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Process and verify customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain the teller station and ensure it is clean and organized at all times.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in the opening and closing of the teller station, including counting and reconciling cash.,Follow all banking regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak times.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a plus.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
