TRACE Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in Makassar. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the branch, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth in the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and contribute to the success of the branch.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the products and services of TRACE Dinamis in the local market.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Ensure that all financial and administrative activities of the branch are accurate and in compliance with company policies and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to ensure that the branch's activities align with the overall goals and objectives of TRACE Dinamis.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the branch, providing regular reports to senior management and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or company.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as a proven track record of success in these areas.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as CRM systems, is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
