📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as leave management and insurance schemes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
