Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive the company's growth and success.Leading and managing the company's team, providing guidance and support to ensure that all employees are performing at their best.Ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.Monitoring the company's financial performance, ensuring that we are meeting our financial targets and objectives.Representing the company in various professional and community events.Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the company's processes, products, and services.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.Strong understanding of the company's industry and market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze and interpret financial data.Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.Fluency in Indonesian and English.🛠️ Keahlian
