📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process for new hires,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Oversee training and development programs,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Manage payroll and benefits administration

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects,Experience in a similar role in a multinational or large corporation is a plus
