Salon Krisna Shop is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.,Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client interactions and service delivery.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet the company's standards and expectations.,Provide regular reports on client performance and market trends to the management team.,Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to client management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role in the beauty or retail industry.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Familiarity with the beauty and salon industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
