Hokian Kirana Store is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our employees. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop training plans.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their performance.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and industry trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
