📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client base.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services to key clients.,Monitor and analyze client performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project delivery.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with key clients and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in client relationship management and sales.,Strong understanding of the retail or hospitality industry, with a focus on the F&B sector.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant marketing tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
