🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and processes.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with operational software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
