In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design relevant courses or workshops.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their learning journey.,Manage and maintain training records and documentation.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
