ZAP Pratama is a leading retail company in Indonesia, known for its wide range of products and excellent customer service. We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Binjai.

As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlet, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with your team to achieve our sales targets and provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints or concerns.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
