📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the reception area, providing a warm and friendly welcome.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception area calendar, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer visits and interactions.,Assist with the organization and distribution of mail and packages.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.,Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.,Promote a positive and professional image of the company to all visitors and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software applications.
