📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and sales.,Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support overall business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
