📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and properly recorded.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to manage staff and improve team performance.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cultural practices is a plus.
