📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.,Conduct product demonstrations and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiations and contract management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services, and participate in trade shows and exhibitions.,Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market expansion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury furniture or design industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and luxury furniture/design trends is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Professional and polite demeanor, with a strong work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction.
