📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.,Assist guests with their needs, including check-in and check-out procedures, room service, and special requests.,Maintain a clean and well-appointed guest room, ensuring it meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.,Act as a liaison between guests and the hotel management, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.,Promote and uphold the hotel's policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and high-quality guest experience.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of providing exceptional guest services and ensuring guest satisfaction.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest relationship management software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as required.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
