📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections and tests on products and processes,Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations,Identifying and documenting quality issues and defects,Developing and implementing quality improvement plans,Providing training and guidance to QC team members,Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality standards are met,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior QC role,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards,Experience with quality control software and tools,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
