As Head of Treasury and Financial Markets, your daily tasks will include developing and implementing treasury strategies, managing liquidity and cash flow, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the finance team, senior management, and external stakeholders to achieve financial objectives and drive the company's success.

• Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and manage liquidity
• Oversee foreign exchange risk management and interest rate risk management

• Lead and mentor the treasury and financial markets team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in treasury management and financial markets
• Proven track record of success in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in using financial software such as Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Professional certification in treasury management (e.g., CTP, CFM) is a plus
