📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the GT and MT channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to keep the team motivated and informed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of GT and MT channels, including market trends and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using sales management software such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Ability to travel extensively to meet with distributors and sales teams.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
