📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests at the entrance, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and process orders accurately using our in-house POS system.
• Provide excellent table service, including taking and delivering food and drinks.
• Recommend menu items based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of tables and wait areas.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and securely.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Promote our restaurant’s specials and events to enhance guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-food or casual dining restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
