📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Oracle.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
• Conduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle.
• Certification in tax compliance (e.g., Sertifikat Pajak Indonesia).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
