📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and train baristas and bartenders to maintain the highest standards of coffee and beverage preparation.
• Develop and implement a premium coffee and cocktail menu that reflects the villa’s luxury brand.
• Ensure consistent quality and service by overseeing inventory, equipment maintenance, and staff training.
• Collaborate with the villa’s management team to create a cohesive beverage experience that enhances guest satisfaction.
• Monitor sales and guest feedback to continuously improve our offerings and operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new beverage techniques to keep our program innovative.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for food and beverage service.
• Represent the villa at local and industry events to build brand awareness and relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista or Bartender, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in espresso-based beverages, artisanal coffee drinks, and signature cocktails.
• Certifications in coffee brewing (e.g., SCA, BCB) or mixology (e.g., IBCC) are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Square, Toast) and beverage management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with attention to detail.
