📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver packages and documents to customers in Bali, covering areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Sanur.
• Use GPS navigation and our tracking system to plan and execute efficient delivery routes.
• Ensure packages are handled with care and delivered within the agreed timeframes.
• Maintain a clean and well-presented motorcycle to reflect the professionalism of SiCepat Express.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and customer service standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Report any issues or concerns related to deliveries, vehicles, or equipment to the appropriate team.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
• Valid motorcycle driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of Bali’s geography and traffic patterns.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation and tracking systems is a plus.
• Proactive and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20 kg.
