📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist preschool teachers in planning and executing daily activities and lessons.
• Engage with children in interactive and educational play-based learning activities.
• Support teachers in maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom management, including supervising children during playtime and transitions.
• Help prepare and distribute educational materials and resources.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to implement the school's curriculum and educational programs.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
• Report any concerns or issues related to children's well-being to the appropriate staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with play-based learning methods and educational toys.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
