Facilities Representative - Premium Site Operations in Bali

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain all office facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Monitor and manage utility consumption to ensure cost efficiency.
• Oversee the upkeep and cleanliness of meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Handle and resolve facility-related complaints and issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the organization and execution of company events and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of all facility-related activities and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in facility management or related field.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or similar.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or related field is preferred.
