📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, including sales and expense reports, to management.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Provide support to the finance team during peak periods, such as month-end and year-end processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a retail or related industry.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
• Familiarity with retail financial operations and processes is a strong asset.
