📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain our steam boiler systems, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and adjust steam pressure, temperature, and flow rates to meet operational requirements.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on our steam boilers, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve boiler system malfunctions, working closely with our engineering team to ensure minimal downtime.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide training and support to junior operators, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of our steam systems with other operational processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Boiler Operator (Grade 2) certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining steam boiler systems.
• Proven track record of ensuring safe and efficient boiler operations.
• Familiarity with steam boiler systems, including their components, controls, and safety features.
• Strong understanding of relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
