📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain heavy lift equipment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee the procurement process, ensuring that all equipment is sourced from reliable suppliers and meets our quality standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment is regularly serviced and inspected.
• Optimize logistics processes, ensuring that our operations are as efficient as possible.
• Monitor equipment performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide training and support to the team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to do their jobs effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy lift operations, equipment maintenance, or a related field.
• Certification in heavy lift equipment operation and maintenance, such as the Certified Heavy Lift Equipment Operator (CHLEO) or Certified Heavy Lift Equipment Maintenance Technician (CHLEMT).
• Proficient in the use of heavy lift equipment, including cranes, forklifts, and other specialized machinery.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to operational challenges.
