📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for employees and clients
• Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Provide technical support to end-users, including training and documentation
• Assist in the implementation of security measures and protocols
• Participate in system upgrades and migrations
• Work with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to existing systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Familiarity with common IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven experience with Linux/Unix systems, scripting, and automation is a plus
