📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee safe and efficient vessel navigation, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Plan and execute navigation routes, optimizing fuel efficiency and reducing operational costs.
• Manage vessel schedules and coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced navigation software such as ECDIS and GIS tools for route planning and monitoring.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure adherence to maritime safety standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to the navigation team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Monitor and analyze navigation data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of navigation plans with overall vessel operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Navigation, Nautical Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine navigation, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards, including SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS.
• Certification in advanced navigation software such as ECDIS and GIS.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
